Beds4Friends ("the Platform") is a free, non-commercial community classifieds platform that connects homeowners in the Munich area ("Hosts") with visitors ("Visitors") seeking temporary sleeping accommodations during a specific event in February 2026. The Platform is operated by [Operator Name] ("the Operator").

2. No Party to Arrangements

The Platform serves solely as a notice board. The Operator is not a party to any agreement, arrangement, or transaction between Hosts and Visitors. The Operator does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any listing, host, or visitor.

3. No Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to: (a) the use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any arrangement made between a Host and a Visitor; (c) any property damage, personal injury, theft, or other harm arising from accommodation arrangements; (d) any inaccuracy or omission in any listing.

5. User Responsibility

Hosts are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to offer their accommodation. Visitors are solely responsible for their personal safety and for evaluating the suitability of any accommodation.

6. No Payment Processing

The Platform does not process, facilitate, or mediate any payments between Hosts and Visitors.

7. Content Removal

The Operator reserves the right to remove any listing or content from the Platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

8. Platform Duration

The Platform is designed for a single event and will be automatically taken offline after February 15, 2026. All listings and user data will be deleted within 30 days after the event.

9. Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
